thailand

my parents recently took a trip to thailand to visit my sister. here's a few pics. let me explain this last one one:
my mom has always wanted to write her initials in wet cement, but when she would come across a brand new side walk she would never have the right instrument to do so. So, she strted carrying a big nail in her purse just in case. she finally found some wet cement, and probably now how about 7 "AC's" around arkansas. this picture is of her first international "AC". she's silly. but now if i ever go to thailand and can say my mother left her mark there.

crash

if anyone watched the academy award last night you would know that crash won for best picture. if you have not seen it, i recommend it. i saw it when it first came out in theaters and fell in love with it(its my new favorite.) it didnt get a lot of attention at first. but it is a great movie and truly diserved the oscar. yeah crash!!

march

I haven't written anything in a while. nothing much is new, except i'm so glad it's march. march is one of my favorite months. spring is in the air and i can hardly keep still from the thought of warm, beautiful weather. hoo-ray for march.
